How did I not find this earlier? It will help so much with my clicker game as it just looks boring and has no effects or anything but this one has a bunch of stuff in it that makes it better! You are a go-to scratch tutorial channel for me because you have a bunch of different games and the videos are good!
Man … i started twice from scratch now (no pun intended) and i cant seem to get the +1 (etc.) numbers to work when you click the cat. It only appears the first time when i click it and then gets stuck on there. Followed the code 1:1 and even compared it with your finished project. Any clues on what might be wrong?
this is now my second time having to restart this tutorial because i just cant seem to get the background and shop to work, the shop works once and stops and the background sometimes doesnt clone and only clones halfway through the scroll so half of the screen is just white, any ways to fix this would be appreciated, thanks, my username is JABBA2857465 if you want to review my code, i named the project bad broken cat clicker.
Edit: i fixed the background but whenever i have the exact amount needed to buy the upgrade, no more or no less, it wont update the clicks counter, pls help.

Somehow i only seem to get the effects of clicking the cat when im clicking the background and not the cat, even though the script is in the sprite og the cat

Hey! The tutorial is amazing, but there's something that kinda bothered me
you explain stuff way too quickly and I have to come back and pause the video constantly. I don't know if this is because I'm used to Griff talking slowly so everyone can follow along, but it took me an hour to follow this 20 minute tutorial because of it. Thanks!
